Price Match Guarantee

Ergo Standing Desks works very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online.  If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference.  We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering.  If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within six months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.

To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website, or on our competitors website within six months from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly. 


Returns should occur within 30 days of delivery. Product has to be in "As new" condition and returned in it's origianl packaging or we cannot refund the order. 

You must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Ergo Standing Desks and we will arrange for you to ship the return back directly to the manufacturer. Some manufacturers will provide a free return shipping label and others will expect you to cover that cost. Most of our manufacturers do not charge a restocking fee, but a few do. The RMA number needs to be labeled on the return shipment.

To begin a return email us at: Customer Service and include the following:

  • Your order number which begins with #ESD
  • Which items you would like to return
  • Reason for your return

We will reply within 24 hours with you RMA Number, shipping label if provided by manufacturer, and any restocking fees that will occur. Call us at 866-486-1476 with any questions. 


Most of our orders will ship within 3 days. If it will take longer we have made note of it on the product page. If there are unforseen delays that occur we will inform you of the delay. Covid-19 has impacted many of our suppliers who may have reduced staff and inventory which can lead to longer lead times. We will keep you informed regradless of the situation.

If you discover any damage to your order once it arrives, please let us now right away so that we can arrange for a replacement. Please email or call us at 866-486-1476.

It will help greatly if you can send us any pictures of the damaged box and item, and describe in detail what the defect is. Also provide your name and order number.

We stand behind our products and will take great care of you!

Most of the larger desks ship in multiple boxes, one for the top, and one or more for the frame. While they ship at the same time, the boxes can be seaparated in transit, and one may arrive a day or two later.


The warranty of the desks and accessories varies by manufacturer and specific item from 1 year up to 15 years. The warranty for each item is listed on the product page for each item under the Warranty tab.
